On a Full Moon - Take a moment to connect with her mentally (meditate),
and be aware of the time.
Then say:
By the One Power acting for me (us) and through me (us),
I hereby draw down the moon and the power that moves the moon.
Into myself (Into us all), According to free will and for the good of all,
Diana, Seline, Hecate, enter me (us) now! I hereby draw down the
moon for (list any specific work or it's equivalent or better).

Thank you Hecate
The power that moves the moon moves through me (us) always,
Through all time and space.
And so mote it be!
